Hubei Radio and Television announced that Hubei Radio and Television Station intends to transfer the 62.1289% equity of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Yangtze River Radio and Television Group, and the 100% equity of Hubei Cable TV Network Limited to Hubei Cultural Industry Development Investment Co., Ltd., completing the transfer of 92.8747% equity of Chu Tian Network. After this transfer, the controlling shareholder of the company remains Chu Tian Digital, and the actual controller is planned to be changed to the Hubei Provincial Party Committee Propaganda Department.
