The Central Meteorological Observatory continued to issue blue alerts for strong winds and cold waves at 18:00 on November 17. In some areas of Hunan and Fujian, gusts can reach levels of 7 to 9, and temperatures in some regions of Zhejiang, Guangdong, and 5 provinces will drop by more than 12C.
