The issuance size of this tranche of bonds is RMB 3 billion, with a face value and issue price of RMB 100 per unit. The term of this tranche of bonds is 184 days, with a final coupon rate of 1.67%. The funds raised from the issuance of this tranche of bonds will be used to repay the company's maturing debts.
