Yabao Pharmaceutical Group: Plans to transfer 62% of shares of Taiyuan Pharmaceutical to Tongxiang Technology with a transaction price of 87.1887 million yuan.

Yabao Pharmaceutical announced that it plans to transfer 62% of the equity of its controlling subsidiary Yabao Pharmaceutical Taiyuan Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. to Shanxi Tongxiang Times Technology Co., Ltd., at a transaction price of RMB 87,188,700. After the completion of this transaction, Tongxiang Technology will hold 95% of Taiyuan Pharmaceutical's equity, and the company will hold 5% of Taiyuan Pharmaceutical's equity. Taiyuan Pharmaceutical will no longer be included in the company's consolidated financial statements.
