Lenovo Group: Yu Hao appointed as CEO of the company.

On November 17th, Lenovo Group Limited announced that Li Peng has resigned from his position as Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of the company due to personal career choices, and will no longer be a member of the company's Environmental, Social and Governance Committee and Strategic Committee, effective from November 17th, 2025. The Board further announced that Yu Hao has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of the company effective from November 17th, 2025.
