Hong Kong Monetary Authority: The total credit card receivables amounted to 151 billion Hong Kong dollars by the end of the third quarter of 2025.

According to the WiseMoney app, the Hong Kong Monetary Authority announced the results of the credit card loan survey for the third quarter of 2025 today (November 17). The total amount of credit card receivables rose by 1.4% to HK$151 billion at the end of September in the third quarter of 2025, compared to a 2.5% decrease in the previous quarter. The delinquency and restructuring merger ratio remained at 0.45% in September 2025. The quarterly bad debt ratio for credit cards also remained at 0.64%.
