Wenzhou Maritime Bureau issued a red alert for strong winds at 11:30 today. Along the coast of Wenzhou, there will be north to northeast winds of level 8-9, with gusts up to level 10. As of 2pm on the 17th, out of the 33 water passenger routes in Wenzhou, 13 along the coast have been suspended, as well as 9 others, and 4 routes on inland rivers. At the same time, yachts, small boats, and fuel ships in coastal waters have also stopped sailing to seek shelter. Since the red alert was issued, Wenzhou Maritime Bureau has sent out 496 reminder messages to ships and crew in its jurisdiction.
