Ruichen Environmental Protection announced on November 17th that the board of directors recently received a resignation report from director Zhang Weihong. Zhang Weihong resigned from the position of non-independent director of the third board of directors of the company due to personal reasons, and will not hold any position in the company after resigning. Zhang Weihong's resignation will take effect from the date of delivery to the board of directors.
