According to data from CRIC, in the first ten months of this year, the number of transactions recorded by buyers using Mandarin Pinyin in the Hong Kong property market reached 11,290, accounting for 24% of the total residential transactions. This represents an increase of more than 20% compared to the same period last year. The total amount reached 109.7 billion Hong Kong dollars.
