Encourage state-owned forest farms to form innovative alliances with universities, research institutes, enterprises, etc., to carry out experiments and promote applications in key areas such as basic research on forestry and grass, collection and breeding of germplasm resources, processing and utilization of forest products, research and development of new mechanical equipment, and construction of social service systems. Support state-owned forest farms with conditions to participate in the creation of science and technology innovation platform bases.
