On the 17th, the Ministry of Public Security held a special press conference in Beijing. Director of the Legal Affairs Bureau of the Ministry of Public Security Hao Yunhong stated at the press conference that they will focus on key law enforcement elements, strengthen the closed-loop law enforcement supervision and management, minimize the occurrence of law enforcement problems, and effectively ensure the quality of case handling. Specifically, they will strengthen problem rectification, utilize administrative review appeals, criminal review and compensation mechanisms, improve the construction of reporting and complaint platforms, and effectively safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the parties involved. They will address issues that the people have raised and carry out specific rectification actions. Since the deployment of the special action to regulate law enforcement involving enterprises, issues such as illegal extraterritorial law enforcement and profit-driven law enforcement have been effectively curbed, and law enforcement involving enterprises has been further standardized, effectively serving high-quality development.
