Private equity "equity-based" products have been favored by listed companies

Listed companies are increasingly favoring private equity funds with equity products. Data from the Private Equity Ranking Network shows that as of November 12, a total of 10 listed companies have disclosed their investments in private equity securities funds in their announcements this year, with a total subscription amount exceeding 800 million yuan. From a product strategy perspective, both subjective and quantitative private equity funds with equity products are popular. Several private equity professionals have revealed that with the evolution of market structural trends, fund performance has been volatile but positive, and investors, including listed companies, have shown increasing interest in long strategies, hedging strategies, and multi-strategy products this year. The private equity issuance market is also showing signs of recovery. It is expected that incremental funding will drive further structural opportunities in A-shares and Hong Kong stocks.
