On November 15th, at the forum on the implementation of the "Regulations on the Pilot Free Trade Zones in China" held at Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, Chen Yanfeng, Deputy Director of the Development and Reform Commission of Shanghai, stated that taking the opportunity to thoroughly implement the pilot free trade zone upgrade strategy, Shanghai will study and promote the optimization of the layout of the Shanghai Free Trade Zone in accordance with the national deployment, improve quality and efficiency, comprehensively align with international high-standard economic and trade rules, and create a new highland of reform and opening up with higher levels of openness, better business environment, and stronger radiation effects.
