Heshun Petroleum announced that the company's actual controllers Yan Ximing, Zhao Zunming, and their concerted action person Zhao Xiong intend to transfer a total of 10.3144 million shares of the company's unrestricted circulating shares, accounting for 6.0000% of the total share capital of the company, to Chen Wanyi through agreement transfer. After this equity change, the company's controlling shareholders Heshun Investment, actual controllers Yan Ximing, Zhao Zunming, and their concerted action person Zhao Xiong collectively hold 104 million shares of the company, accounting for 60.5817% of the total number of shares of the company. The transferee Chen Wanyi promised that the shares transferred under this agreement will be unlocked in three phases based on the performance commitment of Shanghai Kui Xin Integrated Circuit Design Co., Ltd. starting from the registration transfer date. This equity change does not involve a tender offer, does not constitute a related party transaction, and will not result in a change in the company's controlling shareholders and actual controllers.
