Guizhou Bijie Municipal Party Committee member and Secretary-General Liang Zheng is proposed to be appointed as the Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee.

On November 16, the Organization Department of the Guizhou Provincial Committee announced the pre-appointment public notice for senior cadres in the province. Liang Zheng, member of the Bijie Municipal Committee and Secretary-General, Director of the Municipal Party Committee Office, and Secretary of the Work Committee of the Municipal Directly Affiliated Agencies, is proposed to be appointed as Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee.
