According to the agreement, Ningde Times will consider Yung Bai Technology as its first supplier of sodium-ion positive electrode powder materials. As long as the company's sodium-ion positive electrode materials meet customer requirements in terms of technology, quality, cost, delivery, and service, Ningde Times promises to purchase no less than 60% of its total procurement from the company each year. If the annual purchase volume reaches 500,000 tons or more, the company will offer a more favorable price to the other party through cost reduction. The agreement will take effect from the date of signing and will be valid until December 31, 2029. Three months before the expiration of the agreement, if there is no objection from both parties, it will automatically renew.
