The Ministry of Ecology and Environment released the national air quality forecast consultation results for the second half of November: during the second half of November, influenced by multiple cold air masses, the overall air quality in the country is mainly good to mild pollution, with moderate to severe pollution possible in parts of North China, Central South China, East China, and Northeast China. Due to the impact of dust weather, moderate to severe pollution may occur in parts of Northwest China and southern Xinjiang. The primary pollutants nationwide are PM2.5, PM10, or O3. In the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and surrounding areas: during the second half of November, influenced by multiple cold air masses, the regional air quality is mainly good to mild pollution, with intermittent periods of good to mild pollution in the northern region and light to moderate pollution in the central and southern regions. In Beijing: during the second half of November, influenced by cold air, overall dispersion conditions are favorable, and air quality is mainly good, with the possibility of pollution episodes during breaks in the cold air.
