Navigation warning: live firing in the central part of the Yellow Sea.

According to the website of the China Maritime Safety Administration, the Yancheng Maritime Bureau has issued a navigation warning stating that from November 17th to 19th, from 0:00 to 24:00 each day, live ammunition will be fired in parts of the central Yellow Sea, and entry is prohibited.
