Reporters learned from the Shanxi Provincial Health Commission that the overall trend of acute respiratory infectious diseases in Shanxi Province is on the rise, just like the rest of the country, has entered the flu season, and in the past three weeks, the level of flu activity has been significantly increasing, with reported cases mainly among students. It is expected that this trend will continue to rise in the future. Chen Jing, deputy director of the Shanxi Provincial Center for Disease Control and Prevention, introduced that during this flu season, the main circulating strain in Shanxi Province is the Type A H3N2 subtype, accounting for 99%, with a small amount of Type A H1N1 and Type B influenza viruses circulating at the same time.
