Bosnian retirement home fire accident cause announced: sparked by electrical wire short circuit.

On the 14th local time, the prosecutor's office of Tuzla Canton in Bosnia and Herzegovina said that a fire that broke out at a nursing home in the capital city of Tuzla on the evening of the 4th ultimately resulted in 15 fatalities and more than 30 injuries.
