Zhifubao Finance APP news- Zhongguancun Technology Leasing (01601.HK) announced that on November 14, 2025, the company entered into a fund partnership agreement with fund partners to establish and operate a fund with a registered capital of RMB 220 million (equivalent to approximately HKD 241 million), of which RMB 58.9 million (equivalent to approximately HKD 64.62 million) was subscribed by the company, accounting for 26.77% of the total committed capital of the fund; RMB 1 million (equivalent to approximately HKD 1.09 million) was subscribed by Beijing Zhongnuo (after the company completed its equity acquisition, it will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company), accounting for 0.45% of the total committed capital of the fund.
