Guangda Bank announced on November 14 that as of June 30, 2025, the undistributed profit at the end of the period in the parent company's financial statements was 216.571 billion yuan. After deliberation and approval at the board meeting, it is proposed to distribute the mid-year cash dividend to all common shareholders in 2025, with a dividend of 1.05 yuan for every 10 shares.
