China Electronics Port: Shareholders holding more than 5% of shares reduce their holdings to touch a multiple of 1%
The announcement of Zhongdian Port stated that the shareholder National Integrated Circuit Fund, with a stake of over 5%, originally held 56,040,400 shares of the company, accounting for 7.3747% of the total share capital. The original plan was to reduce the stake by no more than 22,797,002 shares, accounting for 3% of the total share capital. From October 31 to November 13, 2025, it reduced its stake by 7,428,800 shares through centralized bidding, accounting for 0.9776% of the company's total share capital. After this change in equity, the National Integrated Circuit Fund's stake decreased to 45,591,900 shares, accounting for 5.9997% of the total share capital, reaching a multiple of 1%, and the reduction plan has not been completed.
