Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Finance Liao Min meets with American business representatives.

Liao Min, Deputy Minister of Finance, recently met with co-CEO of American investment group KKR Paul Yangfan and Chief Economist of Citigroup Nathan Sheets in Beijing to exchange views on the macroeconomic situation of China and the United States, China-US economic and trade relations, and the development of China's capital market. Liao Min emphasized on the prospects of China's economic growth, the "15th Five-Year Plan" proposal, and China's expansion of domestic demand, highlighting the continuation of China's strong economic development momentum and resilience. He also stressed on the implementation of the strategy to expand domestic demand, benefit the people, promote consumption, and welcomed American companies to deepen their presence in China, share development opportunities, and continue to support the stable and healthy development of China-US economic and trade relations.
