Dongfang Tantalum announced that, in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, the company has adjusted the total amount of funds raised in this issuance based on actual circumstances. Prior to the adjustment, the total amount of funds raised in this issuance to specific objects did not exceed 1.2 billion Chinese yuan. After the adjustment, the total amount of funds raised in this issuance to specific objects will not exceed 1.19 billion Chinese yuan. Other contents of the issuance plan remain unchanged.
