Shensangda A: Shandong Zhongdian Furen's 70% equity is listed for transfer.

Shensanda A announced that its subsidiary, China Electronic System Technology Co., Ltd., intends to publicly transfer 70% equity of Shandong Zhongdian Fuller New Energy Investment Co., Ltd. The minimum price for the first public listing transfer shall not be less than 2.39 billion yuan. After the transfer is completed, Zhongdian Fuller will no longer be included in the company's consolidated financial statements.
