On November 14th, the WeChat public account "Inner Mongolia Daily" published the communique of the 11th plenary session of the 11th committee of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region of the Communist Party of China. The communique mentioned that based on the relevant provisions of the "Constitution of the Communist Party of China" and the "Regulations on the Work of Local Committees of the Communist Party of China", Comrade Yang Weidong was reassigned from Inner Mongolia, therefore it was decided to remove him from the position of member of the 11th Party Committee of the Autonomous Region; Due to disciplinary actions against Comrades Zhang Rui, Zhang Xiaobing, and Gao Runxi, it was deemed inappropriate for them to hold the position of member of the 11th Party Committee of the Autonomous Region, and therefore their positions were removed. In addition, the plenary session reviewed and approved the inspection reports of the Autonomous Region Discipline Inspection Commission on the serious disciplinary and illegal issues of Comrade Liu Ziqiang and Comrade Chang Qing, confirming the disciplinary measures previously taken by the Autonomous Region Party Commission to expel Liu Ziqiang from the party and to place Chang Qing under party supervision for one year.
