Lait Optoelectronics announced that it plans to issue convertible bonds to raise funds of no more than 766 million yuan. The raised funds will be used for the construction of production workshops 1, 3, and 4 projects at the PuCheng Lait optoelectronics new material production research and development base, the intelligent upgrading and transformation project of the production workshops at the PuCheng Lait, and the construction project of the innovative platform for the research and development of perovskite materials and device verification.
