Sun Cable: Shareholders holding more than 5% of the shares have cumulatively reduced their holdings in the company by 1.1%.

Sun Cable announced that its shareholder, Yili Group, who holds more than 5% of the shares, reduced its holdings by a total of 7,973,374 shares through block trading and bulk trading on November 13th, accounting for 1.1% of the company's total share capital. Of this, 1.35 million shares were sold through block trading, and 6.623374 million shares were sold through bulk trading. Prior to this reduction, Yili Group held a 15% stake in the company, which has now decreased to 13.9% after the reduction. Previously, Yili Group planned to reduce its holdings by no more than 21,670,011 shares within 3 months after the disclosure of the announcement on October 14th, which is consistent with this reduction, and the plan has not been fully implemented yet.
