Zhtng Cijng APP News, Xngy Kngg (00132) issued an announcement on November 14, 2025, stating that its subsidiary, Ljn Zln, entered into a finance lease agreement with the lessee, Shndng Tinhng Huxu, for a consideration of RMB 30 million (approximately HKD 32.88 million) to transfer the ownership of the assets to the lessee, which will be leased back to the lessee for use and possession for a period of three years.
