Ansel China issued a letter to all employees, stating that some of the management in Ansel Netherlands are maliciously obstructing and interfering with Ansel China's production and operation by cutting off the supply of wafers and questioning the quality of Ansel China's products, even shirking their obligations and responsibilities towards Ansel China, not disbursing funds and providing necessary support as agreed. Such actions disregard the interests of customers, Ansel China, and all employees, and are extremely irresponsible, contradicting the claim in the letter that Ansel Netherlands "highly values and commits to the Chinese business and employees" and "firmly supports the Chinese team". Despite facing improper intervention from the Dutch government and malicious obstruction and responsibility evasion from some of the management in Ansel Netherlands, Ansel China still has the capability, confidence, and commitment to pay full salaries and benefits to all employees. Currently, all employee salaries and benefits in Ansel China are normal.
