The Zhitong Finance and Economics APP News, HangYang Real Estate (01996.HK) announced that due to several creditors needing additional time to complete their internal procedures to join the restructuring support agreement, the company hereby announces that it has exercised its discretion to (i) further extend the deadline for the early restructuring support agreement fee from 5:00 pm on November 14, 2025 (Hong Kong time) to 5:00 pm on December 12, 2025 (Hong Kong time) and (ii) extend the deadline for the basic restructuring support agreement fee from 5:00 pm on November 28, 2025 (Hong Kong time) to 5:00 pm on December 29, 2025 (Hong Kong time).
