Bide Pharmaceuticals announced that on November 13, 2025, shareholder Zhoushan Landan Enterprise Management Partnership Enterprise reduced its stake in the company by 539,600 shares through bulk trading, accounting for 0.59% of the total share capital of the company. After the equity changes, Landan Management, Xinx Management, and Wu Bo together hold 9.5711 million shares of the company, reducing their shareholding from 11.12% to 10.53%. This equity change is to fulfill the previously disclosed plan to reduce shareholdings and does not involve a tender offer.
