Aircraft Engine Power announced that on November 14, 2025, the 11th meeting of the 11th Board of Directors approved a proposal to allow its subsidiary South Company to transfer up to 25 million shares of Aircraft Engine Control to the controlling shareholder, China Aircraft Engine, through a block trade. As of the announcement date, South Company holds 181.2 million shares of Aircraft Engine Control, accounting for 13.78% of the total share capital. Aircraft Engine Control had revenue of 5.481 billion yuan and net profit of 755 million yuan in 2024; and revenue of 3.968 billion yuan and net profit of 405 million yuan from January to September in 2025. This transaction does not constitute a major asset reorganization, but there are risks associated with the inability to implement or fully implement it due to market prices, among other factors.
