In terms of the single month of October 2025, the total contracted sales amount of the group and its joint venture and associated companies was approximately RMB 1.901 billion, a year-on-year increase of 15.28%; of which property contracted sales were approximately RMB 1.649 billion, and decoration contracted sales were approximately RMB 0.252 billion.
