Daqing Huake: Appointed Liu Bin as the Vice General Manager of the company.

On November 14th, Daqing Huake announced that the board of directors agreed to appoint Liu Bin as the company's deputy general manager, with a term from the date of approval by the board of directors to the expiration of the ninth session of the board of directors.
