China Coal Energy: Executive Director and President Zhao Rongzhe retires and leaves office.

China Coal Energy announced that the Board of Directors received a written resignation report from Executive Director and President Zhao Rongzhe on November 13, 2025. Zhao Rongzhe resigned from his position due to retirement. After leaving office, Zhao Rongzhe will no longer hold any position in the company and has no disagreements with the Board of Directors. His departure will not affect the normal operation of the Board of Directors.
