Chengyi Pharmaceuticals announced that as of the disclosure date of the announcement, the total shareholding ratio of controlling shareholder Yan Yiyi and its concerted action parties has decreased from 24.77% to 24%. Among them, Yan Xiaoling reduced 349,722 shares through centralized bidding on October 30, 2025, and Wenzhou Dongtou District Chengyi Small Loan Co., Ltd. reduced 2.1649 million shares through centralized bidding and block trading from November 7 to 14, 2025. The two parties collectively reduced 2.514622 million shares, accounting for 0.77% of the total share capital. This equity change is part of the implementation of a reduction plan, which has not been fully implemented, and will not result in a change of controlling shareholder or affect the company's operations.
