Our country's scientists have made new breakthroughs in the field of treatment of neurological diseases.

Recently, Chinese researchers revealed the key role of the N-acetylpeptide receptor 1 pathway in central nervous system inflammation and degenerative diseases, and successfully developed a new drug molecule with potential clinical applications, opening up new avenues for the treatment of neurological diseases such as multiple sclerosis. The related research results were achieved by the team led by academician Shi Fudong, director of the Neurology Department at Tianjin Medical University General Hospital, and were published online in the international academic journal "Science" on November 14th, Beijing time.
