Data transmission speed reaches a new high, China's satellite-ground microwave high-rate communication technology makes a breakthrough.

It was learned from the Aerospace Information Innovation Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Sciences that the institute, together with domestic partners, recently organized a high-rate microwave communication experiment at the Lijiang Station of the Aerospace Institute, focusing on the verification of advanced modulation and demodulation technologies. This experiment successfully increased the data transmission rate in the X-band to 6.0 gigabits per second and in the Ka-band to 20 Gbps, setting a new record in data transmission rates and marking an important technological breakthrough in this field for China.
