The Ingram Group plans to lay off employees in London and transfer positions to Bulgaria.

The Financial Times reported, citing unnamed sources, that the Ensman Group plans to eliminate various mid-office positions such as risk management and compliance next year. Instead, they will be recruiting relevant personnel in Sofia, Bulgaria. Currently, the Ensman Group has expanded its workforce in the capital of Bulgaria, with over 80 employees. In response to the Financial Times, the group stated that they are continuously investing in talent across all business areas and seeking world-class professionals for various positions. The Ensman Group expects to further increase the number of employees in the Sofia office. However, the group did not confirm the specific number of positions to be cut.
