On November 13, Xu Lin, Secretary of the Guizhou Provincial Party Committee, and Li Bingjun, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Governor, met with Chen Dexin, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of China Minmetals, in Guiyang. Xu Lin and Li Bingjun expressed their gratitude to China Minmetals for their long-term concern and support for the development of Guizhou. They said that Guizhou is currently vigorously promoting the "rich mineral and refined development" strategy, striving to transform the advantage of mineral resources into an advantage in industrial development, and firmly following the path of high-quality development. They hope that China Minmetals will increase investment and layout in Guizhou, use technological advantages to develop and utilize mineral resources, help extend the industrial chain, improve added value, and achieve mutual benefit and win-win results.
