Lu Ming Robot: about to launch the industry's first ultra-light humanoid robot based on full-body PEEK joint modules with Fuchun dyed weaving.

Recently, the robot manufacturer Deer Ming and the textile company Fuchun Jacquard have successfully developed the industry's first joint module specifically designed for humanoid robots - a small-sized, large-hollow, lightweight joint module. This module has achieved breakthroughs in multiple technologies: not only achieving industry-leading torque density and weight reduction effects in products of the same size, but also surpassing traditional PEEK gear rotation efficiency by applying the industry's first composite cycloid optimization tooth profile technology to PEEK cycloid reducers. This marks a systematic breakthrough in lightweight technology at the whole-machine level of humanoid robots. In addition, based on the joint research and development by Deer Ming Robot and Fuchun Jacquard, the two parties plan to launch the industry's first super light humanoid robot based on a full-body PEEK joint module and lightweight materials in the near future.
