The seminar on the reform of the approval system for construction projects was held in Shenyang.

On November 13, the office of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development held a symposium on the reform of the project approval system for construction projects in 2025 in Shenyang. Officials from the leading units of the project approval system reform in 31 provinces and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps attended the meeting. Participants stated that through this meeting, they reviewed the original intention and mission of reform, unified their thinking, reached consensus on reform, and agreed to implement the requirements of the Central Urban Work Conference.
