A 12-story office building in the downtown area of Buenos Aires, the capital of Argentina, caught fire on the morning of the 13th, with about 200 people evacuated safely and no injuries reported. The fire broke out on the rooftop terrace of the Zurich Insurance Building near the intersection of July 9th Avenue and Marcelo T. de Alvear Avenue in Buenos Aires City that morning, prompting the evacuation of about 200 people. Around 10 a.m. local time, firefighters extinguished the fire. There are currently reports indicating no casualties from the fire, and the cause of the fire is under investigation.
