The Zhixin Finance APP announced that *ST Ningke (600165.SH) issued a notice. The company and its subsidiaries Ningxia Zhongke Biological New Materials Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Zhongke New Materials) and Ningxia Xinri Hengli International Trade Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Hengli International Trade) received the (2025) Ning 02 Break 2 Civil Ruling, the (2024) Ning 02 Break 3-3 Civil Ruling, and the (2025) Ning 02 Break 3 Civil Ruling respectively from the Intermediate People's Court of Shizuishan City, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region (hereinafter referred to as Shizuishan Intermediate Court) on November 13, 2025. The rulings approved the "Reorganization Plan of Ningxia Zhongke Biological Technology Co., Ltd.," the "Reorganization Plan of Ningxia Zhongke Biological New Materials Co., Ltd.," and the "Reorganization Plan of Ningxia Xinri Hengli International Trade Co., Ltd.," and terminated the reorganization proceedings of the company, Zhongke New Materials, and Hengli International Trade.
