The Zhitong Finance and Economics APP reported that Yuexiang (02432.HK) announced that the distribution matters were completed on November 13, 2025. A total of 16.66 million shares were distributed, accounting for approximately 4.23% of the H shares after the distribution and issuance of newly issued shares, and approximately 3.79% of the total issued shares after the distribution and issuance of newly issued shares. The distribution was successfully sold to at least six independent underwriters at a price of HK$46.80 per H share.
