Feiyang International Holdings announced that on November 13, 2025, the company, along with Middle Bay International Finance Limited and Yunzhong Digital Technology Limited, signed a non-binding memorandum of understanding with the aim of establishing a long-term strategic partnership to jointly expand the development of digital assets in the cultural and tourism industry.
