Today, reporters learned that in order to focus on rectifying the chaos in the intellectual property agency industry and create a good industry development environment, the State Intellectual Property Office's Intellectual Property Application Promotion Division recently held an administrative guidance meeting in cooperation with relevant departments to regulate improper marketing practices in the internet agency business. At the meeting, it was emphasized that platform companies should fully understand the importance of regulating the order of the agency industry, fully implement various supervision and management tasks on the platform, reinforce platform audit responsibilities, effectively curb and prevent various illegal and irregular agency behaviors on the internet. According to statistics, various relevant platform companies have intercepted over 900 pieces of improper information related to intellectual property agency, processed over 22,000 pieces of related improper information or products, rectified over 1,100 items, banned nearly 500 improper accounts, and expanded the inspection word bank to over 500 items.
