Seller 1, Ms. Wu Zhulianfen, and Seller 2, Ms. Yang Jiayi, conditionally agreed to sell their shares 1 and shares 2, respectively, accounting for approximately 99.999995% and 0.000005% of the issued share capital of the securities firm (Donghui Securities). The total consideration amount shall not exceed 20 million Hong Kong dollars.
